Jeannette only uses
simple tools, consisting of a ruler, marking pen, variety of pliers
and files, vises, mallets, wooden dowels, ring and wrist mandrels,
holding wire, tape, and her hands, to gently complete the piece,
in the ancient, non-solder method.
Working the wire involves the measuring, cutting, using the tools
for bending, twisting, pounding and curling the wire. She carefully
wraps and works the wire to connect integral parts and place embellishments.
The gently nudging, smoothing, softening, shaping and polishing
the lines, of the piece, bring it to life, as a beautiful work
of art, to be worn with confidence and pride.
